You are the medicine.

I was raised with an unwavering knowing that I am a child of Mother Earth. Her waters are my blood, her air my life-force, her roots my own. That truth has always guided me, shaping how I move, create, and serve.

As a seeker and source of light, a writer and artist, a registered yoga teacher and licensed massage therapist, a mother and daughter my path has always been about slowing down and finding joy in the simple. Through each chapter of life; building a family, navigating the quiet intensity of quarantine in Central and South America, deepening my yoga journey, and now living close to nature in remote Panama, I’ve returned again and again to the same understanding: wellbeing doesn’t need to be complicated.

It’s found in the roots beneath our feet, in our breath, in the rituals that anchor our days. It’s found in authenticity, connection, and presence, the simple, sacred ways we remember who we really are.

Through Creative Earth Wellbeing, I share this vision with women and families who long for more alignment and ease in their lives. My work is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect with yourself and the earth, and to live softly yet confidently in every season.

This is your call to return to your original wholeness and to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

Creative Earth Wellbeing: A Return to Wholeness

Are you yearning for a life that moves a little slower? One that feels intentional, spacious, and still beautifully full?

-

Do you dream of wellness that embraces your whole family; meals that nourish, calmer days, and a deeper sense of connection at home?

-

Are you looking for inspiration that feels real? Not polished or perfect, but ideas you can weave gently into your everyday rhythm?

-

And maybe, you’re longing for guidance that feels grounded; not from a guru, but from a woman walking this path beside you, learning, growing, and finding balance too.

I don’t teach from perfection. I teach from practice. From the honest, everyday rhythm of slowing down, finding joy in the simple, and returning to what truly matters.

If these words resonate, trust that you’ve found where you’re meant to be.

Let’s begin.

“Heal yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon. With the sound of the river and the waterfall. With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.

Heal yourself with mint, neem, and eucalyptus.

Sweeten with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.

Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon.

Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars.

Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.

Stand strong with your bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it.

Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead.

Jump, dance, sing so that you live happier.

Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember… you are the medicine.”
