More than movement,
yoga is a way of life.
What is yoga, really?
Yoga is a timeless practice that meets you where you are—in the quiet moments before your kids wake up, in the breath you take between tasks, in the way you choose slowness over rush.
It began as a deeply spiritual path and, over centuries, has taken many shapes. Today, while modern classes often focus on the body, true yoga still holds the same heart: presence, compassion, and connection. It’s for seekers and everyday people alike. It’s for you, the woman nurturing a family and a life that feels calm, intentional, and whole.
Practice with me
You can find me at La Colectiva in Cambutal, Panama, a small sanctuary nestled among lush green trees and the black sand shores of the Pacific. This is where my classes come to life. I’ve always believed that yoga is best shared in person where we can breathe together, feel the collective energy of the room, and connect beyond words.
If you’re not nearby, you’re warmly welcome to join me online every Monday at 5pm (Panama time) via Zoom. Just send me an email, and I’ll make sure you’re all set to join our virtual circle.
And stay tuned — downloadable classes are on their way soon, so you can practice wherever you are, whenever you need a moment of grounding.
Thank you for your patience and presence as I lovingly grow and refine these offerings.
