Welcome.

I'm so grateful you're here.

Whether you've been practicing yoga for years or you're just beginning your journey, thank you for choosing to spend this time with me.

When many of us first discover yoga, it's often through the physical practice. We come for strength, flexibility, or perhaps simply a way to manage stress. While these gifts are real, over time I discovered that yoga offers something much deeper.

It teaches me how to pay attention.

How to move through challenges with greater steadiness.

How to care for myself with compassion.

How to listen more closely to my inner wisdom.

And how to live with greater intention.

That is the heart of this course.

Over the next six weeks, we'll certainly move our bodies. We'll breathe, meditate, reflect, and explore the wisdom of the yoga tradition. But my greatest hope is that these practices begin to ripple into the moments beyond your mat—in the conversations you have, the choices you make, the way you care for yourself, and the way you meet the world around you.

This isn't about becoming a different person.

It's about remembering who you already are.

There is nothing to perfect here.

No race to finish.

No expectation that every practice will feel the same.

Move at a pace that feels supportive for you. Return to lessons whenever you need them. Pause when life asks for your attention, and know that the practice will always be here waiting for you.

I invite you to approach these six weeks with curiosity rather than judgment, openness rather than expectation, and kindness toward yourself every step of the way.

Welcome.

I'm honored to share this journey with you.

Before you begin…

Before starting Week One, I encourage you to:

  • Download your Welcome Guide and journal pages.

  • Create a quiet space where you can practice without distraction.

  • Keep a journal nearby for reflections throughout the course.

  • Commit to one practice each week, allowing time for integration before moving forward.

  • Most importantly, give yourself permission to simply be present. There is no perfect way to move through this experience.

When you're ready, begin with Week One: Rooted in Presence.
