Terms & Conditions

By placing a deposit or making a payment toward your reservation for PLENTY Retreat Puglia, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment & Reservation Policy

  • A $500 deposit per guest is required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If booking a shared room, the applicable room price and additional guest fee must both be purchased to secure the room for two guests.

  • Final balances are due no later than August 1, 2027.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 90 days or more before the retreat start date, you will not be responsible for any remaining balance provided that your space can be rebooked. Your $500 deposit and applicable processing fees will be forfeited.

  • If your space cannot be rebooked, any remaining balance will remain due according to the original payment schedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable, and all outstanding balances remain due.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. PLENTY Retreat Puglia is not responsible for losses related to flights, transportation, illness, personal emergencies, or other circumstances that prevent you from attending.

Retreat Cancellation & Force Majeure

PLENTY Retreat Puglia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, country or border closures, significant travel restrictions, or other events that make it impossible or impractical to hold the retreat as planned.

If PLENTY Retreat Puglia cancels the retreat due to low enrollment or other circumstances within our control, guests will receive a full refund of payments made, less applicable payment processing fees.

In the event of force majeure or government-imposed travel restrictions, PLENTY Retreat Puglia may offer the option to transfer payments made toward a future retreat, valid for up to one year. The availability and timing of a future retreat will be determined by PLENTY Retreat Puglia based on circumstances at the time.

PLENTY Retreat Puglia is not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests as a result of cancellation, postponement, or changes to the retreat, including flights, transportation, accommodation, or other travel expenses.

Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they meet all requirements for travel to and entry into Italy, including passport validity, visas, documentation, vaccinations, testing, or other requirements applicable to their nationality and circumstances.

PLENTY Retreat Puglia is not responsible for costs or losses resulting from a guest's inability to meet applicable travel or entry requirements.

Pricing & Promotions

PLENTY Retreat Puglia may offer reduced pricing or promotional rates at its discretion. Promotions apply only to new reservations unless otherwise stated.

Reservations that have already been confirmed with a deposit or full payment are not eligible for subsequently offered discounts or promotional pricing.

Participation & Liability Waiver

By participating in PLENTY Retreat Puglia, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a group retreat that may include yoga, movement practices, excursions, outdoor activities, and other experiences.

You are responsible for determining whether any activity is appropriate for you and for communicating with the retreat hosts or venue staff if you require assistance or modifications. You agree to listen to your body, participate within your own abilities, and remove yourself from any activity that does not feel appropriate or safe.

You agree to treat retreat hosts, staff, fellow participants, and venue employees with respect. Behavior that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to others may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Creative Earth Wellbeing, Loren Hardy, Fisher Fitness, LLC, Stacy Fisher, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, members, employees, and representatives from claims arising from your voluntary participation in retreat activities, including movement practices, excursions, or wellness-related instruction, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks and that it is your responsibility to consult with an appropriate healthcare professional regarding your ability to participate.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests and should include coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost or delayed baggage.

Guests are responsible for securing their own travel insurance and for understanding the coverage provided by their policy.
